Areas of the Royal Crescent, Circus, Assembly Rooms and related streets were the height of fashion in the late 18th century. This walk will introduce the daily routines of the aristocracy, entertainments of the day and a background history to some of the finest Palladian architecture anywhere. Let us lead you through the City on a guided stroll.
Visitor information
Visitors are required to pre-book tickets. On arrival please wait outside the front door and keep a safe distance, you will be welcomed by staff at 2pm.
The group will be no more than 10 people. Please help us by adhering to current social distancing guidelines.
Your name and number will be requested (held for 21 days then deleted) or you can use the NHS track and trace app.
Please do not attend if anyone in your group has Covid-19 symptoms.
Please advise us by phone or email, if anyone develops Covid-19 symptoms during the session or soon afterwards. Our contact details are on our website.
Bath Preservation Trust reserves the right to cancel the Tour at short notice for any reason.
Please be aware that by purchasing a ticket, you are giving permission for us to contact you with our evaluation survey. We will not contact you for any other purpose.
This tour is aimed at 12 years and over. The Walk will last approx 1 hour.
