Members' Event: Heritage Ironwork walk around Bath

Join us for a members' walk around central Bath to take a closer look at the range of heritage ironwork found in the city. Based on the walk created for the Bath IRON festival, it will be an opportunity to look again at some of the architectural details we take for granted and at some of the conservation/restoration projects that have taken place in recent years. 



Saturday 16 August 2025 - Meet in Sydney Gardens


Walk starts at 14.00 and will last between 1.5 to 2 hours, finishing in Hedgemead Park


Event is free for members of Bath Preservation Trust, but booking is essential



Please note the walk will take place rain or shine, so please dressed for the weather. Although the walk will be mainly on pavements, there will be a few steps and hills along the way. 


Exact meeting point will be provided to booked attendees.
